ScriptVoiceStudio is built with accessibility in mind and is tested against WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria. Accessibility supports users across the markets covered by our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Regional Data Protection Notices.
Current Conformance Position
The local test build has been checked using automated and manual accessibility acceptance workflows, including Chrome on Windows with NVDA. Public release or production conformance claims should be based on repeating these checks against the deployed production environment.
Validated Checks
- Automated pa11y and axe checks reported no current issues in the local acceptance baseline.
- Keyboard-only testing passed for sign in, legal dialogs, narrator loading and selection, ZIP generation, download activation, clear, and sign out.
- Visual checks passed for 320px reflow, 200% zoom-equivalent layout, WCAG text spacing, focus visibility, and Windows forced-colors/high-contrast mode.
- NVDA with Chrome on Windows announced the expected heading structure, form labels, validation feedback, live status updates, dialogs, partner links, legal controls, and media controls.
- Onboarding media checks confirmed captions, transcript text, and audio-description notes cover the essential workflow information.
Feedback and Privacy
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact support@kycglobal.one and include the page, browser, assistive technology, and steps to reproduce. Please avoid sending API keys, passwords, full scripts, private files, generated audio, or unnecessary personal data in the initial report.
Accessibility support records are handled under the Privacy Policy.
External provider pages, including ElevenLabs policy and account pages opened from ScriptVoiceStudio, are operated by their respective providers and may have separate accessibility features and limitations. Report a broken or inaccessible external-policy link to our support address so that we can provide an alternative route where practical.
