Please include your account email, browser, device, approximate time of issue, and a short description. Do not send passwords, API keys, full scripts, generated audio, or ZIP files unless we specifically request them through a secure support process.

Security Reports
Report suspected vulnerabilities, exposed secrets, account compromise, data exposure, security-header or TLS misconfiguration, or attempts to bypass ScriptVoiceStudio security controls.

Please include the affected page or endpoint, browser or device if relevant, timestamps, steps to reproduce, and non-sensitive evidence.
Abuse, Safety, and Takedown Reports
Report impersonation, unauthorised voice cloning, copyright infringement, privacy violations, harassment, scams, harmful audio, unlawful robocalling, election-related political campaigning, candidate or elected-official impersonation, high-risk AI use, prohibited government use, AI-model training, or other misuse involving ScriptVoiceStudio or ElevenLabs output.

Please include the type of report, why you believe the content is harmful or rights-infringing, links or non-sensitive evidence, your relationship to the affected person or rights holder, and the action requested. Do not send API keys, passwords, full private scripts, or unnecessary personal data.
We may preserve relevant records and refer credible provider-policy violations to ElevenLabs or appropriate authorities where permitted or required. You may also use the abuse-reporting route identified in the current ElevenLabs Prohibited Use Policy.
