Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ScriptVoiceStudio, including the app, website, checkout flows, support channels, local preview builds, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by KYC Global Pte. Ltd.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, organisation, or client, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Our Privacy Policy and Regional Data Protection Notices explain how personal data is handled.

1. BYOK Service Model and ElevenLabs

ScriptVoiceStudio is an independent bring-your-own-key ("BYOK") workflow tool. It organises scripts and sends user-initiated requests to ElevenLabs using the ElevenLabs account and API key supplied by that user.

You must own or be authorised to use the connected ElevenLabs account and API key. You may not share an individual ElevenLabs account or use another person's credentials without all permissions required by ElevenLabs.
Your generation activity, quota, credits, overages, and provider charges apply exclusively to your ElevenLabs account. KYC Global does not provide, pool, transfer, resell, or sublicense ElevenLabs credits.
Fees paid to ScriptVoiceStudio cover only ScriptVoiceStudio's independent document-processing, workflow, file-management, accessibility, and export features. They do not include an ElevenLabs subscription, credits, quota, authorization, or support.
If you use ElevenLabs or its output commercially, you must maintain an ElevenLabs plan that permits commercial use. ElevenLabs free-service access and output may be used only for non-commercial purposes under its current terms.
Your use of ElevenLabs remains governed by the applicable ElevenLabs Terms of Service, including the EEA, Switzerland, and UK Terms where applicable, the ElevenLabs Prohibited Use Policy, the ElevenLabs Privacy Policy, and any service-specific or account terms that apply to you.
ScriptVoiceStudio is not ElevenLabs and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an agent, partner, reseller, or joint venturer of ElevenLabs. References to ElevenLabs identify an independent third-party provider only.

KYC Global has requested contractual clarification from ElevenLabs concerning the authorization requirements and possible application of ElevenLabs' OEM Terms to this BYOK architecture. A support acknowledgement, ticket status, or general support response is not approval or authorization. The Service may remain limited to controlled pre-launch or evaluation use while that clarification is pending.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where you live to create an account, use ScriptVoiceStudio, or connect an ElevenLabs account. The Service is not available to minors, including with parental or guardian consent.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your ScriptVoiceStudio account and the ElevenLabs credentials you submit.

3. Plans, Payments, Taxes, and Refunds

Some ScriptVoiceStudio features require a paid plan, checkout purchase, licence, subscription, or activation code.
ScriptVoiceStudio charges are separate from all ElevenLabs subscriptions, prepaid credits, usage charges, taxes, overages, and refunds.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Their terms, privacy notices, sanctions rules, and restricted-business rules apply to payment processing.
Prices, taxes, currency conversion, payment methods, recurring-payment rules, invoices, and renewal handling may vary by country.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer law that applies.

4. Your Content and Generated Output

You retain any rights you hold in scripts, prompts, files, and other content you provide ("User Content"). Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party terms, you are responsible for generated audio, captions, transcripts, ZIP files, and related output.

You must have all rights, licences, permissions, consents, and legal authority needed for User Content, voices, names, likenesses, personal data, and generated audio, including the rights needed for ElevenLabs to process them under its terms.
You must review output before publishing, distributing, monetising, broadcasting, or relying on it. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, unsuitable, or subject to provider restrictions.
You are responsible for copyright, publicity rights, privacy rights, voice rights, consumer-protection duties, AI-disclosure duties, advertising rules, and platform rules that apply to your use.
You must not provide protected health information regulated by HIPAA unless an appropriate HIPAA business associate agreement with ElevenLabs permits that processing. Do not submit other sensitive or regulated information unless you have confirmed that all required provider arrangements, notices, consents, safeguards, and legal bases are in place.

5. Acceptable Use and AI Voice Safety

You must comply with the current ElevenLabs Prohibited Use Policy. You may not use ScriptVoiceStudio, ElevenLabs, User Content, or generated output to create, upload, generate, distribute, promote, facilitate, or assist with:

Child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualisation or impersonation of minors, grooming, age-inappropriate harmful material directed at minors, or cyberbullying of minors.
Illegal activity; infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights; or transactions involving illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, dangerous materials, counterfeit goods, human trafficking, or sexual services.
Regulated drugs, controlled goods, alcohol, tobacco, prescription products, supplements, medical devices, or related advertising or advice without any prior written authorization required by ElevenLabs and full compliance with law.
Tailored financial, legal, health, medical, or mental-health advice unless a qualified professional in the relevant field reviews the output before it reaches a consumer or the public and the use and limitations of AI are clearly disclosed.
Real-money gambling, payday lending, or high-stakes automated decisions affecting a person's employment, finance, health, legal rights, safety, housing, education, access to services, or wellbeing.
Fraud, scams, phishing, harmful manipulation, collection of sensitive information through deception, evasion of product guardrails or voice-verification controls, spam, call bombing, or unauthorised robocalling.
Unauthorised, deceptive, or harmful voice cloning or impersonation; action taken in another person's name without authority; or output intended to deceive people about whether audio was generated by AI.
Voter suppression, disruption of electoral or civic processes, impersonation of political candidates or elected officials regardless of consent, or political campaigning in the context of elections.
Unauthorised network access, malware, spyware, surveillance, interference with services, circumvention of access controls, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to reveal provider source code or model weights.
Violent threats, extremism, terrorism, hateful or discriminatory conduct, harassment, stalking, human trafficking, sexual violence, exploitation, self-harm, medical misinformation, or abusive debt collection, except where a provider policy expressly permits a purely fictional or news-reporting context.
Using free ElevenLabs access or output commercially; reselling, renting, sublicensing, or making ElevenLabs services available without required written authorization; or using another person's ElevenLabs account, information, credits, or API key without authorization from both that person and ElevenLabs where required.
Researching or developing products, models, or services that compete with ElevenLabs, or using ElevenLabs services or output for machine-learning or AI training, fine-tuning, testing, datasets, benchmarking, or model improvement.
Any use classified as prohibited or high-risk under applicable AI law, or any government or government-controlled entity use, unless ElevenLabs has provided any prior written authorization it requires.
Unauthorised use of ElevenLabs trademarks, logos, hidden text, framing, mirroring, embedding, or statements suggesting endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or agency.

These restrictions are intended to be at least as restrictive as the terms governing the upstream ElevenLabs services. If an ElevenLabs restriction is stricter or is updated, the stricter current restriction applies to your use of ElevenLabs through ScriptVoiceStudio. We may investigate, block generation, restrict, suspend, terminate, preserve evidence, or report activity when we reasonably believe there is misuse, a policy violation, or a legal or safety risk.

6. International Availability, Allow List, and Block Policy

Our initial customer-facing notices support the following markets, subject to local law and provider availability: Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Kenya, and South Africa.

Access, checkout, generation, or support may be unavailable, refused, geoblocked, suspended, or cancelled where required by sanctions, export controls, provider rules, payment restrictions, local law, abuse risk, or operational limits. You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, organised under the laws of, or acting on behalf of a jurisdiction or person prohibited by applicable sanctions, export-control rules, payment-provider rules, or voice-provider rules.

7. Privacy, Data Processing, and Accessibility

Our Privacy Policy explains data categories, purposes, recipients, international transfers, retention, security, rights, complaint routes, content moderation, provider-controlled processing, and breach response. Our Accessibility Statement explains the accessibility status of the current build and how to report barriers.

8. Third-Party Services and Enforcement

The Service may integrate with third-party services for voice generation, authentication, payments, hosting, analytics, support, storage, security, and diagnostics. We are not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, policies, account decisions, output, or data handling outside our control.

ElevenLabs may moderate input and output, refuse requests, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, preserve information, cooperate with authorities, or take other action under its terms. To the extent ElevenLabs' OEM Terms or similar requirements apply, ElevenLabs and its affiliates are intended third-party beneficiaries of the ElevenLabs-specific restrictions in these Terms and may enforce those restrictions to the extent permitted by law.

9. Security Responsibilities

You agree not to interfere with the Service, probe or attack systems, scrape or overload the Service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer restricted components, introduce malware, or use another person's account, API key, voice, payment method, or identity without permission. Use a restricted ElevenLabs API key where the provider supports restrictions, disclose it only through the designated secure field, and revoke or rotate it if you suspect exposure.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated output will be accurate, unique, suitable for your purpose, lawful for your use, non-infringing, accessible in every context, accepted by ElevenLabs, or available without interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer, privacy, data-protection, or accessibility rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptVoiceStudio, KYC Global Pte. Ltd., and their owners, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, revenue, business opportunity, generated output, credits, quota, or third-party service access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the three months before the claim or USD 100. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

If permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ScriptVoiceStudio, KYC Global Pte. Ltd., and their owners, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, generated output, connected third-party account, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of provider terms or law, or infringement of another person's rights.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create legal or security risk, misuse third-party services, lose required provider authorization, or use the Service in a way that may harm users, providers, rights holders, regulators, or the public.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer, privacy, or data-protection laws give you non-waivable rights elsewhere.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms, including to reflect changes in ElevenLabs or other provider policies. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required. We may require renewed affirmative acceptance before continued use. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service and disconnect all provider credentials.
