1. No Legal or Compliance Advice

ScriptVoiceStudio is a software tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, copyright, privacy, telecommunications, AI-regulatory, accessibility, medical, financial, or professional advice. You should obtain advice from qualified professionals before launching regulated, high-risk, commercial, or cross-border use cases.

2. "As Is" Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accepted by every platform, regulator, payment provider, or voice provider.

3. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use the text scripts, uploaded files, selected voices, names, likenesses, and resulting audio for their intended purposes. Users are responsible for copyright, publicity and likeness rights, privacy rights, trademark rights, voice rights, licensing obligations, attribution requirements, AI disclosure, and any permissions required to publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise use generated audio.

4. AI Voice and Prohibited-Use Risk

AI-generated audio can create real-world harm. ScriptVoiceStudio must not be used for impersonation, fraud, scams, unauthorised voice cloning, voter suppression, political campaigning in elections, candidate or elected-official impersonation, unlawful robocalling, harassment, self-harm promotion, misinformation, high-risk AI uses, government use without required provider authorization, AI-model training, illegal activity, or any use without required rights and consent. The current ElevenLabs Prohibited Use Policy also applies to ElevenLabs input and output.

5. Third-Party Services

ScriptVoiceStudio facilitates use of third-party services such as ElevenLabs, Stripe, hosting providers, identity providers, and email providers. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, quotas, quality, output, policy decisions, account enforcement, sanctions screening, restricted-business decisions, or data handling outside our control.

6. No ElevenLabs Approval or Affiliation

ScriptVoiceStudio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an agent, partner, reseller, or joint venturer of ElevenLabs. KYC Global has requested contractual clarification concerning authorization requirements and possible application of ElevenLabs' OEM Terms to this BYOK architecture. Automated receipts, support acknowledgements, ticket closures, or general support responses are not approval or authorization.

7. Privacy and Regional Notices

Privacy, security, data breach, access, correction, deletion, consent-withdrawal, or data-protection complaints are handled under the Privacy Policy and Regional Data Protection Notices. We may need to verify identity before disclosing, correcting, deleting, or restricting personal data.

8. Abuse and Takedown Reports

To report impersonation, unauthorised voice cloning, copyright infringement, privacy violations, harassment, scams, harmful audio, or other misuse involving ScriptVoiceStudio, email support@kycglobal.one with the affected content, links or evidence, rights affected, and requested action.
